Exercise Chart
I’m going to keep track of my exercise here. And if you catch me slacking off, please feel free to yell at me.
I’ll mostly be using an elliptical “cross-trainer”
… like that one, except really old and crappy. (Apartment complex owned).
I also will not be drinking alcohol, increasing my water intake probably 5x, and will just try to eat better in general.
Not a drastic change in eating habits, rather, instead of a super mega large meal with bacon and a coke… I’ll get a kids meal. So not giving up the shitty food altogether yet. We’ll see if thats needed.
